Yesterday, 2 stars. Hot coffee wasn't even tepid. Still drinkable but just not right.
Ami the cashier was short and rude with me. Even rolled her eyes when I changed my mind from 6 to 12 donuts. Was almost done picking them out when she said one more and I picked my last donut. Thanked her and told her to have a great day with which I got no response back. I paid for my dozen donuts and left. Once I got home I realized I only had 11. I should have checked before I left but Ami should have also counted better and had better customer service , sooooud83eudd37ud83cudffb♀ufe0f
Avoid this health hazard and use the franchise on the other side of town. I tried to buy my lactose-intolerant husband a treat — an order we’ve always gotten at the other branch with no problem — and they messed it up twice. I finally gave up before having them remake the drink a third time, because in the middle of a pandemic, one drive-thru employee had no mask on her face and the other one had his down under his nose.
For Dunkin to focus so much on coffee offerings they are failing here on how to make them. My cold brew tasted absolutely disgusting and I literally just threw it away after half a sip.
Staff are always friendly... Sometimes my breakfast is cold and my hash browns are soggy. ud83eudd37
