Called to see if they had an item in stock. They had 1. They said they couldnt hold it off to the side for me, so i drove down there as fast as i could. It took me literally 5 minutes to get there and the item was already gone. They said somebody had just bought it. So basically, either the workers behind the counter bought it out from under me, or someone in the store heard them on the phone and decided to buy it (i asked if this was what happened and they said the guy who bought it wasnt in the store yet when i called). Keep in mind, apparently this all happened in less than 5 minutes. Its BS either way you look at it. They wont hold an item for 5 minutes for someone who is actually interested while i drove down there, but theyll sell it to someone literally right out from under me. I dont believe this was coincidental. Basically, an employee kept it for themselves because you can mark the price up 200% and sell it on ebay with this particular item. This is just poor business and a complete waste of my time. Also, this isnt the first time this place has wasted my time.. they dont have some of the most basic things in stock.

Went in today store Manager was completely rude. Asked about Mask, tried to inform him of medical excemption he interrupted me. I told him please let me finish told him I had a medical exception that I had a few questions and I would be on my way. He stated he couldn't having me be around the customers which I looked around and politely said that no ones was there. He said I need you to get out your getting your germs all over my store. I informed him that's fine, I will be calling corporate, as when I was walking up to go into the store he not did his co-worker have their mask on they were standing there just talking and I would be letting them know and also as we stood there the co-worker did not even have his nose covered. I told him to have a nice day and would be Calling corporate and went to walk out, he yelled after me I can help you and I politely declined and said I would let corporate take care of it.
