Fast service and the employees were very nice and helpful. I got a take out order and the soup was steaming hot when I got home 15 minutes later!
this place is super slow, i usually love Panera but they messed up my order not only 1 time. 2 times both days i ordered. they also DIDN'T have any bread at like 11 am. and they didn’t have my order placed 2 times. this was super complicated, online ordering as well as in person ordering. another thing is the charged me double as well, but my order didn’t go through. this was honestly the worst experience.
Ordered a full salad split into 2 containers & a pick 2 (Tomato soup & Mac-n-cheese). The salad is my wife's regular order, and the containers were not even close to full (pitiful)! One was half full and the other was about a third full. At our regular Panera, both containers are usually stuffed. Now, the Mac-n-cheese was literally less than an inch deep in the small container. I brought all these criticisms to the manager on duty, Mel, but she wasn't interested in changing anything. She was unhelpful. For the amount the food costs, we will NOT be back. Terrible customer service & terrible value.
Wrap has nothing in it. Cinnamon roll tastes like it was from yesterday. Really disappointed. Will try one more time.
We ordered our food and the cashier was rushing us and a little disrespectful. Later went up to get bagels for my fam and she complained about how much we got to another employee. When putting the bagels in the cutting machine, they would get stuck so she would stick her hand in. It was quite scary. Food tasted good though!
