I recently called and spoke with a Representative named Reed about a minor issue. Realizing I was lucky to have reached someone with vast knowledge in the telecommunications industry it turned into quite a conversation of enlightenment. He was incredibly kind, courteous, patient, endearing, and knows more about phones than Alexander Graham Bell.
The manager Pam restored my faith in great customer service and took an hour long drive to come here. I will recommend everyone to come here over the Mt.Vernon.
