3 Degrees Infrared Sauna Studio

3 Degrees is one of my favorite places in Sioux Falls aside from going to the gym!! I always feel incredible after I come out of the sauna. The complimentary eucalyptus wet rags are INCREDIBLE! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!! :-) I've never had any problems with other neighbors being too loud. No complaints. The staff is always awesome and helpful! I will always be a customer of 3 Degrees!

I would rate a zero if I could.n1. This is not a relaxing place. It is completely open and your sauna room is not all too private. People blare their televisions (which I have never seen TVs in sauna - very backwards) or the employees are banging around doors and bins cleaning rooms all the while their loud washing and drying machines are running. I have never had a relaxing time at this place. I expect to be in peace when I am saunaing.n2. My personal experience:nI signed up during their 12 days of Christmas with Allie she informed me I would receive 2 free sessions and 3 free sessions (on top of the gifts of light) for a guest. They want you to pay extra for your guest to be in the same sauna (again this backwards because it costs them LESS money to be in the same sauna). Since Allie only verbally gave me these sessions and did not note of it, I was not honored these sessions. When my guest came with he was never informed he had to use all 3 sessions at once, so when we went a month later they said he couldn't go (even though this was agreed upon in my contract + bonuses). Later I found out Allie is no longer employed. I have worked in customer care for over 10 years, you always want to make your guests feel honored and taken care of. After about 3 months (and 6 unused sessions) I informed them I had a medical condition which has not allowed me to continue and that I have been disappointed with my membership and wished to cancelled. I was not honored and this conversation with the manager Ariel was not noted. I cancelled my credit card payments and received a few phone calls by an employee stating it didn't go through. The communication between customer to employees, employees to employees, and manager to employees is not happening at this place. I informed the employee about my medical condition she said she had no idea but would mail me paperwork (due to the virus) and that I need a doctors note otherwise my account goes to collections.nnOverall, this place is a mess. It is not relaxing or healing what so ever. The employees never know whats going on with their clients. The manager does not care about making the customer happy and HONORING their contract and bonus sign ups. They do not care about their clients only making money! I have been completely horrified and disturbed by this place!

The infrared heat goes deep to my core and soothes the aches of arthritis and restores my mobility! I leave pain free and for the rest of the day I physically feel like like a teenager again!! Better than a massage hot tub or whirlpool!! A+++ Connie Smith

I love going to 3 degrees.. the saunas are very detoxing on a cellular level. I’ve lost weight from coming to 3 degree. I always feel relaxed when leaving. The more you continue to go the more you will sweat and detox the toxins from your body. I love to wear a sweat band. Play meditation music. Change the color to anti aging led lights. I use weights in my session. My goal is to always drink 32+ ounces of water each session. I love 3 degrees

I look forward going to 3 Degrees every chance I get. I always come out feeling better than when I go in. I know it has helped tremendously with my sinus issues. The staff are always so helpful and the setting is very calming. I will always be a customer of 3 Degrees.
