I had gold colored hair before going in, I requested light brown prior to going in and showed pictures of what I wanted when I arrived (called in advance letting them know the length of my hair, color and what I was looking for). I was told there “wasn’t time” to do what I had Initially asked so I should have taken that as a hint to leave. I was assured either way they could compromise and color my hair to the color I had asked. By the time I was finished, my hair is nearly black. I have never been so disappointed with my hair. First time here and have no intentions of going back.

Always have a great haircut here, but I’ve been twice this year and neither time were facemasks required or worn by employees. With the number of people coming in and out everyday, this made me very uncomfortable.

Giving a three because it’s a clean , professional place but if you don’t make an appointment and you just do a walk-in , expect to not get what you ask for and when you want the them to get it more like how you’d like - expect to still not get it and be rushed towards the end to just hurry up and pay so they can get to their scheduled client . I was recommended this place by my aunt and two times I’ve gone and left regretting I ever cut my hair . Both times I’ve had a picture of an example for what I’d like to get and neither of the times I’ve walked out not even looking close to like how I wanted . It’s a shame to be honest , us ladies put our trust in a hairstylist to make us look good feel confident and I had to walk out thinking how long is it going to take till my hair grows back . The conclusion I’ve come to is just that the ladies need to be a bit more experienced with cutting hair , that you should make an appointment and make sure you know who’s cutting your hair . Make friends with the hairstylists first so at least you know they won’t leave you looking crazy or make your regret your choice of change . The place is great but the stylists need to care a bit more - they would expect the same .
