Young Buns Doughnuts

We visited during a long weekend at the recommendation of friends. My kid has a tree nut/peanut allergy and eating from bakeries can be hard. I emailed and I think it was the owner who gave me added assurance that they would take extra care to avoid (as best they could) any cross contamination. We all got to enjoy the delicious donuts with no worries. I'll be back the next time!!!

Not sure how to describe how yummy the donuts are, they're delicious. Every trip I buy too many because they all look so good. The best, and there can't be any argument, is the blueberry. We just had the tiramisu and that's an experience. Get it and you'll see what I mean.nWhat a treat to have a donut shop of this caliber near us.

We went back with my Family as before when they first opened they had low supply:) Everything almost was sold out but the velvet munchkins were left and they were delicious still remember the taste. We got coffee and aroma was very nice the same with service. We will be back for more munchkins and coffee :)

Great variety of tasty and unique donuts both in decoration and taste. Gluten Free options, donut holes and regular sized donuts. Clean and well labeled displays as well as competitive pricing and very friendly staff. Everything one would look for in a perfect experience for eating or shopping in general. Another Grand Slam for both the town of Mystic, as well as Adam Young and team. Look forward to returning.

Pretty solid donut shop with friendly and helpful staff! The donuts that I’ve tried (seasonal blood orange filled, seasonal triple ginger, and young bun) had very nice flavors but I think the ginger and the young bun had too much going on in terms of toppings/sweetness, distracting from the quality of the actual donut, which is really good! The blood orange filled donut was perfect though, with intense flavor and just enough sweetness to offset the bitterness of the orange peel. My husband also thought the ginger and young bun were too sweet and that they would have been better with the removal of one sweet element.nnDefinitely worth a visit but IMO it’s wise to stick with more simple flavors unless you’re planning to share!
