For the most part they are on time. Have had to call them on several occasions concerning missed trash pickup days. Currently the county is considering boosting fees by 30% to maintain this service. The option is a contractor operated service at a rate 15 dollars cheaper than the proposed increased fee.
Poor service. You pay your bill. But they only pick up your trash when it’s convenient for them. Piss poor run business!!
Horrible! I’ve had them for months and they either don’t pick up or they just send my payments back. If anyone wants a more reliable service the wind blows by and picks up more garbage.
Like others have said they rarely pickup as scheduled. My pickup day is Friday and they usually come on Monday, but they have skipped me entirely twice in the past few months. I called both times and once someone came in a pickup truck and took about half of the trash out of my can and the other time they didn’t come until next time they ran. I also wanna note they didn’t pickup last Friday knowing Monday was a holiday and an ice storm was coming, so here we are at Wednesday and my trash can is still sitting by the road full.
This business is ridiculous. Evidently the management/ supervisor needs to be replaced with someone that can get the job done. My pickup is supposed to be on Fridays. Since January I think they have picked up 3 Fridays. It will be 2 weeks tomorrow, I've called 6 days straight. I ask to speak to the supervisor, but I haven't received a call back.. I guess they just work when they want. I would be embarrassed too, if I worked there.
