I had a great experience here from start to finish. When I called to schedule my appointment, they were super friendly and accommodating! I think the prices were fair and they did a great job. Also a quality service but they were quick and attentive! I would definitely choose them over other options in the area.
First of all, this is a small business that takes customer service seriously. That's rare nowadays! They really care about their customer's happiness. I really love that. I haven't seen one special request that they haven't been able to accommodate yet. They are up to date on the newest trends and styles!!
I can't say enough good things about this place. My first time was about a year ago, and I really liked the experience. Great prices, everybody was so nice, and my pedicure and manicure was amazing!! I will definitely be a regular now.
Amazing manicure, pedicure, and wax. They deliver flawless beautiful services. The salon itself is spotless with quality customer service. Hands down best nail salon in Hurricane.
UPDATE: The owner had called the morning after I left this review and told me I could come in anytime to get this fixed up and also personally replied and texted me letting me know. The customer service at this nail salon is truly incredible. Will update again once again on Monday after getting a pedicure. Super understanding and amazing owner.n---nnI had just gotten a manicure this afternoon and absolutely loved it! loved it so much that I scheduled a pedicure in just a few days. It has now been about 8 hours since I left the salon . I know that regular polish does not have the staying power as shellac or gel but it has been 8 hours of me doing nothing but relaxing, no hard work, no using my hands too much. I still will be returning monday for a pedicure but not so sure if I will return for another manicure.
