So disappointed. Most of my nails are crooked, didn’t get what I asked for and awful customer etiquette from the woman. The man was super nice but still not what I asked for

My nails are uneven. She filed my natural nails down too much and now my nails are sore. Also have a lot of cuts on my thumbs.
Horrible. Just horrible. Glue all around my cuticles as well as gel polish. She entered her own tip amount when I was paying. She was extremely rough with my nails to the point I was trying to flinch away because it was so painful. Cut into my cuticles with the file and scissors. Skipped many steps of the manicure. After I got up to pay and the next lady sat down, she simply straightened up her station but did not clean anything. My nails look like a 3 year old did them. They’re not even the shape I wanted them. Never go there. I usually don’t complain about stuff like this, never have left a bad review before and usually go with the flow of things, but I never want anyone to have an experience at a nail salon like I just did. Never again.
