We've taken two of our pet rats here. The first one went well, his urn looks very nice and it was very clean when we got it. However, the second one was not. When we received it, there was ash around the edge of it and the urn was chipped in a few places. Imagine our dismay reaching in to take out the urn and having out little boy's ashes on our fingers.nnLike I said, the first time was great. I dont know if they were just busy or something for the second one, but it was just really unpleasant to see and feel his ashes when we weren't expecting to.
