Awesome, completely and utterly, Awesome! Teresa has a talent that many other masseuses don’t. She takes time to listen to your history and understand trouble areas and then develops a series of modalities to address your issues. For those who don’t believe massage is an important component of good health haven’t experienced the power of it as a professional like Teresa executes her craft. Thank you for being an amazing masseuse!
Amazing! My first massage was perfect. I love the heated table and Teresa did everything to ensure that I had a wonderful experience. She took the time to listen to my areas of concern before we started. No over powering smells and the music was perfect. I left feeling very relaxed. I can't wait for my next one.

From the moment you walk into Aanandha Health and Wellness , a kind of peace descends on you . The massage table is in the center of a large room flanked by ivory and grey decor and it makes you feel as though you will be the center of attention (we all need a bit of that) . Teresa is a soothing presence and takes the time to ask questions pertinent to your health, and the kind of massage you would like . As for the massage itself , it was an hour of pure bliss . Gentle music playing in the background , low lights .... I found that not only was my body relaxing into the experience , but my brain was as well. Not an easy task to turn the noise in my mind off . Teresa seems to have an intuitive sense of her client's needs and one feels the dedication in her to give you a positive experience .
