Bought a new pool from them last May and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable!
This pool service is the BEST in the area. Maintenance providers are knowledgeable, very helpful, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to help. They have worked into the evening to solve problems and even returned the same day to be sure things worked correctly. Well worth your trust and money for their service. Couldn't do it without them!
Was fighting green algae for weeks after installing a chlorine feeder. Shocking often. Vacuuming on waste mode. Replacing half the water in the pool multiple times. Online help was not helpful. Went there and explained what was happening. She asked how big was the pool and sold me a chemical and told me how much shock to use. It was completely gone by the morning. Great service, excellent help. THANK YOU
Charity is prob one the most down to earth business owners in this town. I also adore Tisha who is the same. Charity's knowledge on the pool and chemical supply is endless. I also cam see she is not a business owner trying to get rich. This is an industry she is passionate about. Keep up the great work
