New to the area and went based on good reviews. Place is not clean: surfaces are dirty, tech did not wash her hands between clients, overpowering chemical odor and reused several materials. Dip powder was applied extremely thick and I asked nicely to have it thinner. I have been getting dip powder done for years and have never had to ask for it thin. I asked nicely and told her how much appreciated her fixing them. She then chipped 2 nails during filing. At the end of the appointment she told me that next time to save us both time next time to let her know I want them thin. I didn’t want to stay to have them fixed because I was afraid of them getting worse. While I was there someone mentioned their dip nails had been falling off. It seems like they don’t have much experience with this particular service. Dip powder nails should never have to go under UV light.
I'm a long-time customer of over 10 years. Visited today for a spa pedicure and new full set with Jenny. My son came with me and received a regular pedicure and manicure from Julie. Great service, so helpful and all Covid measures are in place and still being followed!
She is a talent nail technician! I invited my Mom today to get her nails done with hard gel extensions. The result is much better than expected. Definitely return and recommend you!

I enjoy my visit ... I always have an appointment so I'm in and out quick. The girls are so friendly and really care about pleasing the customer. I would recommend their service ....
