Kyle and Brice came by today to install a new pump head that had been on backorder for months, Due to no vault of hot tub doctor (covid back order backlog). To our surprise, we were told there is no charge for the part and installation due to the time it took to get the part. In today's environment, it is heartwarming to find a business with high moral and ethical standards that go above and beyond to take care of their customers even when it's not their vault. Consider us customers for life with standards and employees like this!

I have worked with the Hot Tub Doctor for years. Their staff is absolutely wonderful. The owner, Steve, has always taken great care to provide excellent and quality service. I recently had to replace my aging hot tub. I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff worked extremely hard to get the spa that I wanted and were able to cut the delivery time by 3 to 4 months. It is a shame you cant score higher than 5 stars because this company would definitely rate a 10. I highly recommend them. The best part is they are locally owned and it shows.

These guys definitely earned my business for any future hot tub purchases and servicing! They were all very professional and helpful. Kyle went out of his way to help me diagnose and troubleshoot my old, off-brand hot tub motor when nobody else in Amarillo would touch it. This is a top notch business!

We had a lovely experience with the team at the Hot Tub Doctor! From our initial few conversations with Ashley, to working with Kyle to choose the right tub and get it installed and then with Jared who worked with us on our financing, our experience was really great. We have enjoyed having the tub this summer and look forward to a long relationship with Hot Tub Doctor for future services and sales.

The whole team at Hot Tub Doctor has been amazing to work with! I knew very little about purchasing a hot tub and Jarrad and Steve were able to answer all my questions plus give me additional details I hadn’t even thought of. Very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable! The guys who came out to set up the hot tub were the same! Overall this was a super easy process and excellent customer experience!! I would highly recommend them!
