The nail techs are amazing at what they do, and are very hygienic. This place has a professional yet personal staff, and they want the best for their customers. Before their massages, they have people fill out forms that are required by the state of Texas, which is a sign of a legit business that wants to protect their staff as well as customers.
Had and amazing experience with such a professional staff. They treated us with the up most respect. I would highly recommend this business to anyone
Just got my third pedi at Indulge and was more pleased than ever, great staff and very nice. I went through and got a massage this past month, but did my paperwork wrong, so the receptonist went through and showed me what I did wrong even though she was very busy and juggling phone calls. Highly recommend the Brazilians as well. 6 out of 5 stars
Very unprofessional reception staff. All communications sent to me had incorrect name on them. On checking in for first visit they didn’t know our names or if we had been there before. We had filled out massage intake form and sent in and said forms were sent successfully but when we got there she had no idea where they were or how to get them. The other three staff members just stood there and stared at us. The situation was so uncomfortable we left. A few minutes later was sent a text that we were no shows.
Brittney does such a amazing job. She's like a beautification therapist. Love our talks
