I've been waiting on one pallet for a few weeks to be delivers to my house and I have yet to received any information about it. I called a few days ago to see what was going on and the lady in the phone was super rude, had no customer service skills.nHer answer was that she was going to get to it when she could. I'ts been a few day since I called and I now cannot get thru the line in the phone to see when I will received the package or if I can go pick it up myself since I cannot get a definite answer as to what is going on.nnI would never use this company. Horrible customer service, they are wasting your time.
We had a major carrier use this company to move some frieght. Every single shipment (3 to 6)was late or lost. They couldn't tell me where my freight was, and did not honor any requests for delivery appointments. If the stuff is important and time sensitive, use someone else.
