If I could give a zero rate I would, We have had an absolutely horrible experience with this company! We were quoted just under $300 to have a door shipped to Amarillo from Irving. It was to arrive yesterday and after after being on hold for almost an hour, hung up on, and redirected to several individuals we were told our door went four hours the wrong way to HOUSTON! So it wouldn't arrive until today...putting our entire construction on our home on hold! The driver told my husband he would be here at 8:30am and my husband received a call at 7:30am saying it would be closer to 10. We already had a crew of 7 men to unload the door. The people on the phone are rude, unprofessional, and completely unapologetic for their companies mistakes. After all of the inconveniences, mistakes on the companies part, they have the nerve to tell us there is an extra charge of $88 to deliver to a residence. During our original quote my husband was told that there would be no need to have it shipped to the warehouse and picked up since it was the same price to deliver directly to our residence. I am completely taken aback by the lack of professionalism in this company and lack of knowledge with their customer service agents. I've spent 35 minutes trying to get someone to pick up the phone. I have called billing, customer service, and any other number I could get my hands on and still not one person will answer. My advice STAY CLEAR of this company!!!
