Second time we've rented from this storage facility. Just as last time, the customer service was exceptional and the prices were low. Management there makes you feel right at home. Thanks.
Rented a 15 x 15 and its not 15 x 15 its 15 by 13 so the thing i rented it for will not even fit so it was a pretty bad deal off the jump friendly staff bit wish i was told true specs on unit
Corey is so friendly. We absolutely enjoy seeing him when we are there. The store is always clean and the storage area is always taken care of. Corey keeps it in order and we feel safe keeping our things there. It isnt tired looking or sketchy like the other storage places near by.
Won 3 storage wars and two of them had nice working people! This location was one them. Needed a place to store our extra things and were able to get the storage unit no problems!
We are moving and needed somewhere to store our stuff till we found a place. I called and 99% of the process was done online and on the phone. Yuana was so sweet and helpful and made our process so much easier, especially since we had to change units mid month. She was awesome to work with! I highly recommend Metro on 34th!
