My experience at Midland Dermatology was very organized and efficient until it came to the billing portion. I asked to be set up on a payment plan due to the cost of the bill, and the gentleman I spoke with (despite initially saying Midland Dermatology would be more than willing to accommodate me), ended up refusing to do so. When I asked him to show me any written policy or contract regarding Midland Dermatology’s rejection of payment arraignment accommodations, he also refused. I then asked why they were unwilling to work with me given my good faith effort on my part to pay, and the gentleman told me our conversation was over and then hung up on me. I am honestly surprised by the genuine lack of professionalism and customer service of Midland Dermatology’s billing department. I wouldn’t recommend going here because of this.
I was in there for maybe 30 minutes and the took care of everything I needed! They were so nice and made me feel very comfortable! I definitely recommend this place!

They are really organized with appointments and they do take care of everything, also waiting area is open big and you can move easily I highly recommended this clinic also they do have plenty of open appointments and they do direct you with the Best doctor if you need something specific
I absolutely love Dr. Akin!! They took me in the same morning on an urgent skin matter and found a carcinoma spot while I was there and removed it! They were so kind and understanding of my issue which was probably very minor to them. Lori was also very helpful in getting me in so quickly. There’s no reason I would go anywhere else!
