Just bought a new electric fireplace. Service was second to none. Our salesman, Rich, did an awesome job. Everyone was willing to help and take care of us! I love to shop local and support local businesses! Great all around experience!

So far I am not impressed. We had the fireplace installed two weeks ago and are just starting to use it. The fireplace turns on, then right back off. The remote has a mind of it's own. If I have the flame height or lights set to the highest setting, it will change back to a lower one, on its own. Called for them to come out and take a look at it...they told me someone would be out either yesterday or today if I could be flexible. I literally stayed home for two days...NO SHOW!
