Went there for a new cellphone stand for my car and Elie helped me there. She did a wonderful job. she was super helpful and gave amazing customer service. She brought out several options and listened to my car/phone needs and got me the most perfect one and I love it. Will definitely go back to this T-MOBILE and to Elie for future purchases!
Horrible customer service. I have been with them for 4 years and I'm ready to change to AT&t or Verizon. Employee will not call when he says he's going to and let me know what's going on with my phone and then gets an attitude with my daughter.

Was sent here by another t-mobile store that wanted nothing to do with helping me. The other store said their systems were down for sprint and they could not help, but when we went into this store they were able to get us taken care of quickly and they were so wonderful. Great way to end our day. Thank you again for helping us out and getting my son the phone he wanted.
