Traveling through area and headlight went out at night. Made it to O'Reilly's 20 min before closing. I was traveling alone and have no idea how to change light out. Asst manager went above and beyond and changed it out for me. I was back on the road in 20-30 minutes. You have a awesome employee! People don't get service like this many places anymore. Better do what you have to and keep him around. He is definitely an asset to your company. Highly recommend!!

Great experience! I was passing through I-40 when suddenly i decided to stop Amarillo because my car started to make a funny noise. Alex was very helpful and polite. He was able to identify the problem within seconds. Now I’m back on the road and on my way to my destination! Highly recommend
South Grand Amarillo TX location has outstanding customer service! We are traveling home from a long road trip and one of our headlights and turn signals went out. We called O’Reilly and Marcus so kindly and professionally answered my questions, had the parts and said they’d be happy to help us. We arrived and purchased the bulbs and Danny did a super job installing them!! These guys went above and beyond! Thanks so much for your excellent service and for helping make our drive safer!
