NOV 2020 - AMARILLO BLVD. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE: Walked into the T-Mobile store requesting technical assistance. My phone's sim card had locked and I didn't have the code. Inside there was but one T-Mobile staff member behind a desk servicing two customers who'd come in together. So I took a seat at a table and patently waited. Three customers walked in shortly after I had. But with just one T-Mobile employee fully occupied with two customers, the three customers in-waiting grew impatient. Shortly after the recent customers realized it would be a long wait before service would became available, each customer, in turn, would leave the store. The mounting frustration was reminiscent of waiting in line behind someone paying for each grocery item with a store coupon. The lone staff member's customer service skill was no less calm and organized. The two customers being taken care of ordered several new phones; each would require paperwork, numbers assigned, and activation. Multiple phone sales understandably takes time to process.nBeing next, I was greeted by a smile and an attentive ear. She instinctively understood my phone's technical issue and resolved it in minutes. My phone came back online and I left that T-Mobile store thinking I'll be back.
