I used to enjoy coming in the store because of the store being clean and the best oranges in town. The last three times I have been in, store security has been following so close it is painfully obvious I am suspected of shoplifting. I am a 67 year old great grandmother, overweight with knee replacements. There is no way I could sprint out of the store with anything. Also, I am not shrewd enough to be a good thief. I am retired and enjoy just looking around when I am out. I was in the store for about 20 minutes. An employee pressured me to check out and refused to allow me to use the self checkout option. She was rude and sarcastic.nnI cannot imagine how much Walmart loses in revenue to shoplifters daily, especially with people loosing jobs due to the pandemic. I have worked retail and I get it. I am sure I am not singled out for the same treatment I received and other customers have been treated in the same manner. I believe in the misguided effort to stop financial loss, the company will lose more money by the loss of good customers.nnI don't know if this review will be seen by a district manager, but if so, the employees would benefit from training in store security and customer service.
This location always has plenty of stock and the store is always clean
My mom went in to get toothpaste and it only took her twenty minutes. So was Wal-Mart gets 1 little star for that.
Such nice people... seriously. They're helpful, the stores clean, and they don't avoid you when they know you need help...
Had what I needed...got in and got out quickly. Very clean store and nice, professional employees.
