We have been dealing with them for a year now I think they are easy to work with but now with COVID we are hoping they will be understanding and work with us for payments

Would give 0 stars if I could. Was told delivery would be 12-3pm and they arrived at 7pm without the ability to give an eta. At pickup I was told 12-3pm, then when I called at 3:30 after taking the day off work they switched me to a different day because they had another pickup at the same building without letting me know. When I suggested to Brandon the manager that it would be a good idea to let customers know if they switch the pickup date he just pretended like I got the day wrong and that there was no way he wrote it down wrong even though I didn’t book the pickup time with him. Absolute joke of an operation.

I don't understand why you would say this item will be deliverd to you *on this specific day* and when that day has come we call in to make sure what time, then Brandon says that what we ordered will be here for the next two days I don't understand. You gave us your word this has been happening for months now... This is the kind of professional service you give out to your customers? And plus you don't even say sorry for the inconveniences ... I'm so disappointed... I wish you would meet your promises... And your word.

So, I ordered a laptop Monday and they got it in for me without a payment right away I called yesterday and made my payment; I asked if the could deliver it. They said yes, because the manager live by my town in Minnesota I was like cool so I don’t have to drive an hour away. They said it would be at my apartment by sun down. It’s not here and I’m really irritated, they can not get in contact with the person who has it, which make me even more mad; now I’m not the one to get on and write a review but when you say your going to deliver something that I paid for you should! Now I might not be able to get it till Monday and I’m not happy at all because of this at least when I lived in Ohio the customer service that I received from Aaron’s was 100% better and they delivered when they said they would!
