I needed band music arrangements for a joint concert in Spain with one of my American traveling groups and Popplers Music found the selections quickly and drop-shipped it to Madrid. Everyone in the store provided a comfortable experience. They are very knowledgeable. My music orders were delivered quickly, even selections that were difficult to find.

I was at the store today in Sioux Falls and while the selection of music was great I was absolutely appalled by the way the boss (Paul?) treated his employee. The whole time I was in the store he was verbally chewing him out for one thing or the next right in front of me and I was there for quite some time. He also was not very friendly to the FedEx driver who mistakenly made a delivery through the front door. I absolutely could not believe what I was witnessing and hope that employee finds a himself a better job soon! I don't make it to the store often and I have no desire to return any time soon!!
Poppler's Music Store in Sioux Falls, SD is extremely accommodating. I am a music educator in rural South Dakota and the staff is efficient and on the ball whenever I order music. They deliver items ordered personally to me at the school I work at. The staff is friendly and their customer service is second to none.
