They were so helpful and didn't treat me like an idiot while renting my son his first cello. We are both on a learning curve and it was nice to have their help as we navigate this new musical instrument.
My daughter takes violin lessons here. The shop is comfortable and clean. The staff is always extremely friendly. They even have coffee while I wait. I recommend J Rieck Music to all of my family and friends who love music—we are lucky to have such a great shop in Sioux Falls!
Above and beyond the call of duty - Josh goes the extra length to make his customers feel taken care of and comfortable. I feel like Josh is in it with me for the long haul.
