They carried the items that I wanted to purchase. The curb side pickup was exceptional!! I used the Target app and it led me step-by-step to the parking spot. I let the store know that I had arrived, they sent a 4-digit number to my phone, and I verified the number with the store clerk and she placed the items in the trunk. It was very organized, safe, and easy! Thank you!
Very kind and helpful staff. Variety of options, all of them good. I enjoy walking around the store, it feels like home to me. Thank you for providing a satisfying experience.
Their order pickup has been a complete mess the last few weeks. And extremely rude customer service after being on hold for 10 minutes. Good luck.
They need to train their employees better.. they must be constantly getting new employees that don’t know what they’re doing, or aren’t trained well. Always a mess with anything I ask or need help with.
I love Target drive up service. Fast, easy. I save time and money using this service. My only complaint is that I would like to be able to purchase ANY PRODUCT for drive up. As of now, the items available for drive up are way too limited.
