Terrible service!ud83dude21 One sales person. I was 2nd in line, and patiently waited while the employee took care of the woman ahead of me. The employee then helped me find the frame/lens color combo I wanted, but frames needed adjusting. Employee asked that I wait while she checked another customer out. That woman’s husband then showed up, and instead of finishing up with me, she assisted him in choosing a pair for himself, while I stood there, waiting, at least 20 minutes. During that time, this couple changed their minds more than once. Finally after about 35 minutes in the store, I walked out. WTF?!!!
Went in two times in one day and first time when I started looking, the guy working was super nice and helpful finding me good sunglasses and he showed me a pair that I loved so I asked if they could hold them for a few hours while I think about it. I come back a few hours later, there was a different guy and same thing. He was also really helpful and friendly and checkout was easy and fun!
Its ok I guess. Stop in and check them out.
Do NOT buy sunglasses from this location! They refuse returns.
I've never had bad service here.
