Driver was suppose to show up 3/30/2021 between 2pm and 4pm. No call no show. I called Estes. They told me he was running behind. He had 4 more stops then me; he would be here by 6pm and he would call 45minutes before he shows. It is now 2 minutes til 8pm. Still no call no show.nn9:54am 3/31/2021: Instead of placing me first on the list of missed pick ups; they decided to tell me they will call when the driver is able to make it. I have no faith in Estes making this right. They are costing me more time, money, and frustration than theyre worth.nn4:01pm 3/31/2021: Driver was suppose to be here from 2pm to 4pm. Guess what... No show, no call.
Estes Express rocks! They were delivering a new bar b que pit. They called a couple of days before delivery and explained what the delivery process was, in detail. The driver called me 30 minutes before delivery and arrived on time.nThe driver was very polite, professional and efficient. We chatted like old friends while he was there.nI will definitely use Estes Express again, given the opportunity.

Very friendly staff, professional and easy to work with. My pallet of glass bottles arrived in great condition. Can’t say that about other companies I have used.
