I had such a great experience at this office. The front desk and spa manager were very welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. Their whole staff was extremely informative and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable during my experience here which is very important for me. The esthetician was amazing as well and made me feel at ease. Everyone here was polite and caring. Not to mention the office was beautiful and very cleanly. Highly recommend!

I went in last month with my daughter and we will never go again!!! Very disappointed in the office staff, they apparently lost a girl in front and now some lady from the back, who has been there long enough, answers phones and handles schedules and she is RUDE! The phone rings forever, when asked questions she is quick and and can not answer my questions appropriately. No customer service at all. My appointment was to fix what I paid for several months ago for my daughter but the NEW P. A. or doc didn't use what we asked for! That's another thing, you always get someone new. I have spent a lot of money here for procedures that do not last. I will go elsewhere where there not a turn over and people are courteous and willing to help. I hope the owner gets new staff that is TRAINED and keeps them, until then g Good luck! What a shame, it started out soo well....nnCarla

I used to really enjoy this spa and the staff. Unfortunately, they seem to have a really high turnover and the new staff likes to blame things on the previous staff. I purchased a one year package that was directly affected by Covid, and now they do not want to honor it. I also had a procedure done that caused me a considerable amount of discomfort(and it should not have). I’ve asked to meet with the doctor/PA several times and the front desk person (A) has repeatedly said “well how do we know you didn’t have that before the procedure.” First off, I didn’t. Second, if a paying patient who is experiencing discomfort requests a consult after a cosmetic treatment at their clinic, that patient should be seen by the doctor. Needless to say I will not being doing any future business with them. And I rarely every write negative reviews (I prefer to celebrate the positive and good experiences), so it took a lot to get me to this point. Very disappointed.
