I would highly recommend a session with Josh. I did cupping and some release therapy. I’m currently feeling like a brand new being. Feeling more mobile & open. Do not hesitate because you will NOT regret this.

Josh did an incredible job and I've felt a significant difference since seeing him! I've had massages before but nothing to this high quality level. Not only did he massage out my pain points, but he also explained which muscles were tightening and the explanation behind it. Highly recommend!!

I was super happy to have found Josh. I am 71 and have had an increasingly chronic loss of range of motion in my neck, and over the years I have had more massages than hot meals, with no relief.nManual therapy is a completely different type of treatment from general massage. It focuses on where you need the work done and I am already seeing improvement after one month.nIf you have a chronic restriction like me, I can recommend Josh!!! Give him a try.

I’ve had the pleasure of receiving four sports massages from Josh. They are always timely, professional and clean. The private room environment is relaxing, with music and aroma therapy upon request. Your scheduled time is important to you, Josh is hands on the entire time, never a minute less. Josh asks probing questions to best understand how you are feeling and what part of your body needs the most work. He starts off slow finding those knots and problem areas you talked about. Before you know it, the pain and discomfort has given way to total relief. Your body is feeling great and ready to take on what life throws at you! Thats when I thank myself, for taking time out of my busy day to do something special for me! Thanks Josh, see you soon.

To sum it up: Professional, punctual, and painless. Okay, there is some pain in the process, but it's the good kind of pain that help relieve the knots, kinks, cramps from sitting at a desk with a mouse and keyboard all day long.nnI opted for the monthly maintenance/membership program for the value (costs less than paying per visit), but also as a forcing function to regularly go see Josh for 30 minutes every other week.nnAlso, love the ease of scheduling and getting slots. Very accommodating on last minute emergencies (I slept wrong and can't turn my neck)!
