We used Belle’s for a local move. We were quoted appropriately. The day of the move we received a courtesy call from the team lead that he was 15 mins away. Thennnnn...... the move went FLAWLESSLY. I am a military spouse and let me tell you that this is the BEST move I have had out of all my moves. The movers genuinely cared about our family as well as our belongings. They were kind, courteous and considerate. Oh! And FAST. Our new house was no joke. A hilly driveway and lots of stairs. These guys didn’t even bat an eye.nnI will tell EVERYONE I know about Belle’s for their local moves, and let me tell you: I don’t shut up so everyone will know how great our experience was.

EDIT - since I am not allowed to respond to Owner's response:nMy attorney is weighing options for me, and I feel that this posting indicates that you know your company did something wrong.nnAlso, you seem to take the statutory limit on your damages as a cap on your liability, whereas I see it as a message from the Texas legislature to “not damage the property you are moving.“nnA conclusion your company had clearly chosen to ignore.nnWhen I spoke to Lori at Belle's Superior Moving about what I would be moving, by phone, I was specific on what items would be moved - including my refrigerator. I am novice mover and wanted to be clear. We set the date. After loading the truck and driving to the storage unit to deliver, the guys - while still on their truck - began putting my fridge on the dolly. They did not use padding and did not strap it to the dolly. So, when they leaned it back to roll, the fridge slid and they had to put the dolly down, thus laying my fridge down on it's side. This dented and scratched my fridge. I immediately took pictures of the damage and texted them to the company. I did not hear from them for 5 days! I had to contact them about how they would fix the fridge 5 days later. They said they have never had this happen before and asked if I had any suggestions. I was shocked they did not know how to proceed as I assumed by their website and speaking to them, that they were a professional business. The next day, they said that per their liability contract, they could give me $0.60 per pound which was a $150 discount. When we spoke about my move, I said I wanted to be sure they were covered as I had expensive items to move. Never did they once make a recommendation for me to buy more insurance. The $150 discount will NOT pay to fix my fridge. I am not even sure it will work as they laid it on it's side - and I know you are never supposed to do that to a fridge. They didn't even offer to send someone out to look at it or give an estimate on fixing it. The guys they sent me were completely unprofessional and the cause of the damages. I would have bought extra insurance had I known that was an option. These pieces were very important to me, as they were given by my grandmother. My items should have been delivered in the manner in which they were received, period. Lori from Belle's said she would consider a reasonable solution if it were offered. I asked that they fix my fridge, and she came back at me with only offering the $150 discount again. I am not sure if she understands what decent customer service is, but it's not just lip service. She should have done more - at minimum, given me my total bill of $502 back to me, or fix the fridge.

My husband and I used this company for our local move from a upack at the storage site into a storage and take a few items to our apartment. We were quoted for 2 hr minimum but when but came time to pay we actually paid for 4hrs. Two hr minimum at the storage and 2 hrs at the apartment, which was not what my husband was told. Total work was probably less than 2.5 hrs. When my husband call and text message to clarify no one picked up or returned our call. I initially wanted to pay with a credit card but the workers told me either cash or check even though paying by credit card was an option. We will be moving 2 house whole again in 6 month and will not be using this company again!

I think Yall should give this lady her money back. Don't be cheating and taking advantage of the elderly people. Someone might call the BBB or the attorney general office about Yall. Maybe even The State Of Texas attorneys general office. Yall do the right thing. Ima be watching yall.nCROOKS- BELLES SUPERIOR MOVERS (Georgetown)nnPLEASE DO NOT CALL BELLE'S SUPERIOR MOVERS for your moving job. They are CROOKS! I have been trying to get $468 back from them since August. I called them 06/20 for an emergency move. They came out said they couldn't do it because things weren't boxed (even though I explicitly told them this on the phone and they said they could do it). Then Jose Flores asked if I needed any boxes or materials, I said yes, and he sold me $468 worth. About that time the new owners showed up with their movers, so the Belle guys left with my boxes! Then my new movers came and it was chaos. I forgot all about it until I found my receipt in Aug. I have called them at least 20 times and they haven't returned one. They always say they are 'very busy', then they should be able to return money to a little old lady. They can't be very responsible or trustworthy to do this to a senior citizen. I know I wouldn't feel good about letting them in my home around my family. Definitely lowlifes

I was very impressed with how quickly and easy it was for me to schedule around POD delivery’s. They were friendly and courteous. The movers were there on time for two separate dates. When I called they were extremely helpful in answering my questions. The mover were very professional and took great care when moving my items. They placed the items where I specified and gave me some great advise about unpacking. I will recommend them to all my friends!
