I would love to have given 5 stars. Cashier was so friendly/ polite, nice smile. Coffee was awesome hot like I love it. So I was sad to grab a doughnut to enjoy while driving...and it was cold. Not even warm. What a bummer.

Manager was clearly stressed when I walked in and basically told me there'd be a wait before I could state I had an app order and certainly before she even said hello. I went and stood by the pick up window (as I was instructed to do the first time I did an app order) only to be ignored while my order sat there. FINALLY someone actually asked me what I needed and immediately handed me my order. I'm not sure if I plan to come back if this is how the take care of customers. With the volume of people coming through, you'd think they'd staff up and stock up. Clearly there's a demand for their product. I'm usually not one to post reviews and give people the benefit of the doubt but I can't unfortunately today. ud83dude15

Love the staff at this location. Always friendly, always helpful and positive and upbeat, and they're consistent in their drink-making.

Sometimes it’s a great quick place to grab a coffee and some grub; deffffinitely NOT in the mornings. Ever. Every morning it’s at least 20 mins in the drive thru just to be told if I wanted anything out of the oven that they were backed up and it was going to be at least a ten minute wait. On top of no receipt being given. Smh. I prefer the lake line location so much more.

Went to Dunkin Donut for Free Donut Wednesday i got in my email. Asked the speaker what donut qualifies for Donut Wednesday and he started listing donuts. Got the carmel craze since u have to get a drink to get your free donut.. went to the window payed my money and got a receipt and saw they charged me for the donut.. Called back and said its Free Donut Wednesday and im suppose to get a free donut and said on the speaker about it and he mentioned its only on the app.. WHY didnt you ever mention the app before... The manager as he said never even apologized. I told him you should educate your employees on mentioning its only if you pay with the App...nWILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!!
