Used to go in every Tuesday nice girl named Audrey always was working but since I’ve had five dollars off I went in on Thursday for spring break with my kids and there was a girl who's name tag said Hailey she didn’t have a mask and didn’t rush to find it, didn’t wear gloves, didn’t greet us, and the store was filthy. Also half the topping I wanted such as strawberries and cheesecake weren’t there and when I asked she refused to get them.

I’ve gone in this store frequently and it was clean and was greeted by nice workers who made my experience amazing! (Audrey and Ariana). This time the girl working just sat there and was on her phone, was rude, didn’t wear gloves to hand me anything, and didn’t wear a mask. (Her name tag said Hailey). I hope the owner understands and addresses this because the next time I’d consider calling the health department.

I went in this Monday with my children and my experience was horrid. The floors were dirty, trashes full to the brim, the sauce pumps looked so dirty, crumbs and yogurt all over the counters, the trays at the bottom of the yogurt machines were so dirty the yogurt was hardened on the tray, the worst thing of them all is that the girl working the front counter didn't put her mask on until minutes we were in the store. Didn’t wear gloves to hand me and my family anything. She didn’t wear gloves to hand us the cups or the spoons. She was also incredibly rude. I would just avoid this place. Whoever runs this place I hope you’re ashamed of your establishment and the people you hired. During this time when families just want to go out for a treat and safely precautions are clearly avoided, please don’t take your family here anymore.

Place was so dirty. I went to eat outside with my friends and the tables were sticky and gross and looked like they weren’t wiped down in days.
