Not very busy! Had 2 employees there and I had to greet them before spoken to. A $5 cup got me 2 very small scoops. So $15 for both kids & myself. A very small selection on choice of ice-cream no doubt!
Delicious cookies and ice cream and friendly staff, but the actual hours they are open seem to constantly fluctuate and are not consistent with their hours published online. You might want to call before going to confirm they are open.
I love these cookies but.... I showed up at 620 and they were closed... their website and did say closed at 9pm
Yassss we were so happy to see a cookie place added to Hays Co area! Line was just inside the door, they didn't seem to have a line (ordering) system from cookie side to ice cream side. We waited a little longer than 15 minutes to get 6 cookies. None the less, we waited patiently, got our cookies and headed home to enjoy them!
If you’re going to open during a pandemic you should first make sure the teenagers that are working for you are following state mandated safety protocols. For starters your staff are not wearing gloves while they are making your ice cream. The dining tables are not placed 6 feet apart and are visibly filthy looking like they have not been cleaned in a week. While my family of 4 were standing in front of the ice cream counter to pick out our flavors, multiple people from different families came in the store non of which were adhering to the 6ft rule. In fact we were basically pushed out of the ice cream viewing area by a couple that I could quite literally feel breathing on us. If it wasn’t for my two little kids who would have flipped out if they didn’t get the ice cream that I promised we would have walked out immediately. Shame on you! We will not be back!
