Really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt after an awful experience a couple of years ago, but poor management and rude staff still rule the day.nnI picked up a dozen cupcakes and part of my order was wrong. I called specifically to find out what flavors I actually got.nnThe person on the phone immediately went on the offensive and told me she could not offer me a refund (I never asked for one.) She said it was no big deal because “it was only a few cupcakes” and “the flavors were just as good.” When I tried to point out that I still paid for them, she got incredibly cutting and said she already apologized and I could just email her manager. Again, I never asked for a refund or anything other than an explanation of the cupcakes I actually got. “It’s your problem, and you should be happy I helped you at all” is not an apology. Being rude is also not an apology.nnI love to support a local business, but I can find plenty that will be happy to take my money without also berating me over their mistakes. Definitely be prepared to get whatever they feel like giving you and don’t dare question it.

Sugar Mama's Bakeshop made our wedding cake and they did an excellent job. We were able to select the frosting flavor, cake flavor, and interior flavor. Additionally, they offered to decorate the cake and they were very affordable for the quality they provided.

Cute bakery, lots of desserts for all sorts of palettes. Also offer gluten free and vegan options!

Just really rude service. The cake was okay. It was really pretty but It was mostly icing not really any bread/cake. I basically payed for a pretty presentation of icing, wasn’t really a cake.

This place has all the really good stuff. I haven’t been disappointed yet. Everything I’ve had from here is delicious.
