I love Panera, but today was NOT a stellar day for today’s visit. Sign on door showed open at 7 am. Didn’t open until 8 am. Employees were not excited to see us, their first customers. Coffee was not ready. Fountains were not circulating. While we were forced to wear masks, some employees clearly did not - having a mask on and properly wearing it are two different things. Wearing a mask on your chin instead of your nose?nnFood was spectacular which saved the experience.
Had one of their pulled chicken panini sandwiches. It was really good. Got a pumpkin spice muffin and a blueberry. Can tell they're fresh and made from real ingredients. Very good food.
The food is consistently good & high-quality. I love that they have a drive thru and also that I can order on the app for pickup. Very easy and I don't like calling places. I like to order ahead, but online, so this is perfect. Their soups, salads and sandwiches are all great. Bagels and coffee for the office from Panera are generally a big hit, too.
Had such a pleasant experience. One of the ladies up front, Kim, is a delight. She is absolutely wonderful and one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met! She has terrific customer service and makes you feel so welcomed. Love, love, love her!!
Was refused service because I can't ware a mask due to medical reasons...on the bright side I went across the street to fire house subs!!! first time going there and it was great!!!!! I will never go back to Panera again. fire house subs will be getting my business!!!!
