We have always liked going to Panera so when they opened this one up, we were happy to be able enjoy it. The dining area is open and they also have a drive thru. There is an area to eat outside as well. The inside has been clean each time we go and the food is always delivered in a timely manner. You can order online, at a kiosk inside, or at the counter with an employee. There is a screen that let's you know if your order is being made or ready to go. They have a pick up location for to go orders. This location has been great at being diverse with their employees. The employees have been nice and helpful. This is located in a pretty busy area so getting in and out can be crowded and the surrounding roads are quite busy. Currently, masks are required inside the building.

Panera is usually pretty good. It was clean, social distancing in place, great selection. My only reasons for not giving a 5 star is the staff was a tad unfriendly-No cheerful greeting or chatter. Just bored attitudes. And the sandwich I had was dry. Overtoasted. For a place that is about fresh and their baked goods I expected better.

You can count on the best food here. Everything is always so fresh and tasty. The bakery is beyond fabulous. Always wonderful customer service.

Very poor visit to Panera on Louise. Greeting was ok but never asked for phone # so visit not recorded. Also wasn't offered my FREE BDAY pastry since he didn't ask.nFood was good soup could have been hotter but ok, Teriyaki sandwich good.nThe rude Supervisor in kitchen telling me to put tracker in basket and using foul language regarding Employees and her situation totally unnecessary.nAlso most of the tables were dirty and finally after 45+ minutes someone cleaned 1 table. Left the rest so customers cleaned there own tables. Plenty of staff to keep restaurant clean.nLong time since last visit - will be long time again if restaurant run like this!
