If you live around, drop by and ask for Andy. She is great, cute, and professional. Andy works so hard on my feet and her massage is out of this world! She take their time and make sure you are happy with your nails. Nice, new, clean nails salon. Very relaxing. Offered me drink. Reasonable prices and plenty of pedicure choices. I recommend this place.
Everyone at Upscale is super friendly and professional. Henry has been doing my pedicures for years, and I hope I'll never have to go to anyone else! He's so thorough, never rushes, and is so meticulous about the pedicure and the paint.... And he gives the BEST massages!! I love this place!
I don’t usually do reviews but please save your time and DO NOT GO HERE. The ladies here are very rude and unprofessional, minus a few. Had an appointment with Ann or Annie for pink and white. Upon arrival, I was told she had to leave. Long story short, she never left and continued to walk around helping others. She never once greeted me. The manager told me I was too picky and the nail techs tend to shy away for this reason. One tech did my nails with a horrible attitude. Snatching my hands and talking about me in my face to her coworkers. I have a been a customer here for some time and spend my hard earned money on these overpriced services. I believe I have every right to be “picky” about my nails.nAlthough, this salon is convenient and close to home; I will gladly drive to Dallas going forward. Manager upholds the foolery with nail techs. She informed me, all of the techs prefer to do “dip powder” only and advised that I go to another salon close by. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Not just once but every visit. Never again. I wish I could leave 0 stars.nnThe only benefit here is those watered down margaritas.
Every time I go to this location the lady that usually works the front has good hospitality and I have not had a bad experience yet.
I absolutely love the ladies here, from the time you walk in you'll be greeted by the beautiful Jenny & she'll get you seated & offer you something to drink. Kelly is my favorite hands down! It took my months of visiting & several techs that I knew Kelly is the one for me. Kelly is consistent & careful on how she works on my nails & she's a total sweetheart.
