Not impressed with the service. Ask for fresh because last time they were hard as a rock. The mall closes at 9 and the workers at 7 are telling me they cant make fresh because thats there rule. They admited that they were out for 20 min already so i bought one reg. Just to make my kids not cry but even. My kids stated that they were hard as rock.
Disappointed, the employees are giving you a bad reputation.
Walked up to the counter with 3 people working ordered my food and was told I had to wait 7 minutes minutes, no big deal. 15 minutes pass and I ask the workers what’s going on and all just stand there and have no answer for me. With a customer asking questions they should be answered by the people working. Then when one decided to finally answer me she gave me attitude. It’s your job to do what you do, if you don’t like it and can’t have a good attitude towards customers don’t work there. Worst service I’ve ever had.
They only have one cash register and that person also filling the order? Plenty of other workers, one of whom seems to be walking around aimlessly? Poor management for sure. Aside of the ridiculous wait-it’s good
Terrible customer service. Waited 25 mins for pretzels. 3 people working there and no one knew what was going in. Tried to give me the wrong change 3 times. She couldnt do simple math on her cell phone. They just stood there staring into the abyss. I finally had to ask if she was ready to take my order. Terrible.
