I'm in this place way too much! The owners are some of the nicest most welcoming people you'll ever meet. The chocolate flan cake should be on an episode of the best thing I ever ate. It's that good.
OMG... The Cookies and Cream cheesecake is absolutely Delish! The owner is a very sweet lady who ensured that it was made with love. This was a Valentine’s gift for my husband who loves cheesecake, and he LOVED this one. It is not your ordinary cheesecake, but full of rich flavor and so much more. I would highly recommend Paradise Bakery. It is truly one of Mansfield’s hidden gems.

This bakery is the only one we use for all of our special occasions. I wish I could include pics! The owner is so talented & will do her very best to create whatever it is your wanting. This place is amazing and we’ve only had one cake from here! We did our research and chose this place after my hubby got us some delicious cupcakes from here a while back. The owner was able to do our order within a week and did a fantastic job. I felt like I needed to tell her more during our convo on the phone to give her a Vision of what I wanted for our tier cake, but nope not needed. She was creative and fixed it up to look so good. Taste so good too!!
