Unfortunately the review below is no longer true. The quality and attention to detail has fallen off considerably. I have been here about 5 times and each time they cannot get my order correct. This last time they did not even offer to fix it. Disappointed because I like the food here but just can't deal with the lack of costumer servicennThe family and I really like this place. The kids both like the croissants and the pumpkin muffins. My wife really enjoys the orange scone. I like the steak egg and cheese breakfast sandwich but I like to get it on an asiago bagel as opposed to the normal Bagel it comes on. My wife enjoys the coffee.

Best customer service ever! They really made my day because first I saw my music teacher than they gave us a member card. Next after we were member we got a free cookie, so we went up to the counter to get the cookie. They saw my brother with me, so they said “I’m gonna get you another cookie on me”. The food was great.

I love Panera bread so much but this one is just awful. If I'm paying this much for food, please don't forget half my order. This has not been a once or twice occurrence. I keep giving them chances and I won't anymore. Go somewhere else that will double check your whole order is in the bag.

While I enjoy the food, the service at this location is TERRIBLE. On multiple occasions, I have placed delivery orders and items have been left off. I have a family of 4. They are not large orders. Most recently, a kids mac and cheese was left off. I called the store and the manager promised to make and deliver it. 45 minutes later, I had to call the store again to find out where it was. The manager blamed Door Dash (which I did not use in the first place, I placed the order on the Panera app). The mac and cheese arrived COLD 10 min after my call. Totally unacceptable.
