I love that they have different experience levels of therapists. My LMT, Jake, was phenomenal and was thorough with my areas of complaint. I felt so much better in my neck and upper back and have been following his aftercare advice of stretching more frequently. I love and appreciate his strong understanding of muscular anatomy, because it greatly contributed to a very well done therapeutic massage. I look forward to my next session.

I really liked the atmosphere here. Riley was great and she made me feel welcomed from the moment I came in. Nigel was so sweet and professional and it was one of the best massages I've had in a long time. Definitely plan to go back.

Leaving more stressed after a massage than I was before walking into this place.nnThis was my first time coming here for a prenatal massage that my husband had scheduled and will definitely be the last.nnI had a 1hr long appointment at 10am and arrived 7 min late which was my fault but by the time I was in the room and on the table to start the massage it was almost 10:30am and when the therapist walked out the clock showed 10:50am. $99 ($79 for massage $15 for tip and taxes) for a 20 min massage that left you feeling greasy and oily.n(For future reference.. leave a clean towel or something for your guests to wipe off with afterwards)nnNo one informed me that it was going to be cut WAY short because of time. (Being 7 min late) I would have gladly rescheduled and paid that fee compared to the one I paid.nnWhen I walked out I stated that it was very short and one receptionist said it’s 50 minutes hands on. Then I stated that it was only 20 minutes and no one said anything.. Just an awkward silence.nShortly after I left I called in to cancel my husband‘s appointment for this Friday.nnI recommend MassageLuXe in Southlake for a more professional and satisfying experience.

Up to cleanliness standards you would expect with everything going on, very zen environment, friendly staff. Cora and Jake are top notch. Thanks for the great experience I get every time!
