The manager was as nice of a lady as you can meet. She was patient, understanding, and extremely helpful. The storage unit is always clean and well maintained. The complimentary dolly is extremely useful for heavy equipment. I would use this particular storage unit over other simply because of the courtesy of management and cleanliness. Prices are great also!!!
Needed a storage rental and decided to go with life storage. The service was great and the prices are very reasonable. Latashia was very helpful in getting me a storage close to the entrance door which was much appreciated. Thanks for all your help!!!
Store Manager Latashia is efficient and personable. She adds lagniappe on site and by phone. On top of good security, she makes inspection rounds & tidies up. Units & premises are clean and bug-free. This location on Major Drive in Beaumont has been flood-free through serious storms.

The only reason that I'm giving this three stars is because you can call all you want on the phone they do not answer. For them it's easier to do everything online and not have to speak with anybody don't get me wrong the storage was great the customer service was not
