Use it mostly for Amazon returns, but do buy something when I'm there. Personally I find their prices high unless you keep up with their Kohl's Cash program, which I don't. They do have a good bit of stock of nice clothing, the store is clean always, and brightly lit. Parking is usually pretty handy. Currently you cannot try clothes on in store, due to Covid, but they've extended return times from 30 days to 120 days, that's pretty awesome.
I love that they have an Amazon drop off. I walked in the door handed the Clerk my package she scanned it and I walked out of the door within 5 minutes.nBought a shirt while I was there
Kohl's isn't my favorite store.. they're pretty darn pricey. However, I do love the whole Kohl's Cash thing! They have an awesome staff! I just wish they had actual buggies!!
Not my style but good for teenagers.
I really like Kohl's. The sales are great and I can always find something I like. This specific visit was disappointing. No one in the checkout line, but three cashiers available. Two were talking to each other the whole time we were checking out with the 3rd one. The 3rd one (girl checking us out) was on her cell phone talking to someone the whole time. This won't effect me going back, but it was quite rude.
