Ross is probably my favorite store to shop for clothes & house decor at! They have the BEST prices! They could definitely be a lot more organized, but that doesn't really pose an issue for me personally! I recommend anyone who hasn't shopped here to definitely do so! Great store!
Need more selection of plus size dresses and crop tops. All the average size big girl stuff be the first off the shelf
The employees are pretty good, never had an issue with them. My first experience here was a little after Covid. I was surprised to see no furniture in stock and many shelves empty....I never find clothes in my boys sizes and there seems to be a lack of selection for boys clothes in general. There are hardly any home decor items available. Hopefully they will restock more often. The wait is not too long here when you check out as opposed to the Port Arthur Ross. There is usually a long line, but when I have been there, there's at least 4 checkout lanes open. When it comes to cleanliness and order, its just like any other Ross.
This store always looks like a tornado hits parts of it. Not a whole lot on the shelves in some areas. Would be a nice store if it was kept up better. Employee's were and always are very nice. I know the Employee's do not mess the store up (messy customers do), but it is part of their job to keep it in order.
