I had used Classic Relocation before, and they did a great job. However, last weekend they left me hanging.nnWe scheduled them to move us on Saturday morning at 8:30. At 9:30 I give Kenny a call. He said they had truck problems but they had a rental and we’re on the way. At 10:30, he said he had a truck but no workers. “What the...?”nHe said he was getting another company to do it for us.nAt 12:30 he said they could do it Sunday.nnKenny is a good guy but those are his employees he, hired and a truck that he’s responsible for. I’m sure it’s hard to get good employees in the moving business but good workers are out there but you have to be a leader and manage your troops as you go into the field.nnKenny I tip well as your guys should remember from my last move but a $100 is a $100 and I gave to the new crew I hired.

Tim and his team are great! Tim not only donated desks to Bay Area Turning Point; he also donated moving services to get them to us. He is professional and down to earth. Lonnie, Chase and Mike helped move us into our new 4 bedroom house and they did an excellent job working as a team and communicating with us through the move. I definitely recommend them for a moving service. They were efficient and friendly. Kenny the manager I booked with over the phone was also very helpful with securing the move. A great deal for a trustworthy move!Thanks CRS :)
