PDQ IS something you don't find with brokers today. FAIR GOOD RATES. Had the privilege of working with Robin Thomas, she was understanding as far as load pickup time. Sometimes things happen and you can't give EXACT TIME of pickup and delivery. Drivers must comply with DOT REGULATIONS. I stayed in contact on my own providing updates. She never called to pressure about where truck was ect. It was a pleasure not having to email and answer constant phone calls about the load. It is the CARRIERS RESPONSIBILITY to keep broker updated. Load was picked up and delivered on time without all the normal broker pressures. THANK YOU PDQ, YOU ARE ABOVE THE REST that I have worked with this year. Thanks Robin, you're a touch of CLASS hands down.

Booked a load 2 days before loading date. At 4:37 P.M. the day before loading this broker emailed me asking if the trailer was air ride. Their customer also called to see if trailer was air ride. He told me they knew that it had to be air ride. I wasted 2 days with this broker, cost me a load, had to sit in the northeast for the weekend, tolls and fuel to deadhead. Nolan promised to make it right. They have not done that. Very disappointing. ** They did end up paying a TONU.
